All appointments can be virtual from the comfort of your own home or in person in my serene beautiful office in Gig Harbor. Prior to your initial visit, Dr. Bradfute will send you forms to complete. These include office policies, privacy disclosures, and questionnaires about your health and medical history. You will be asked to periodically update some of these questionnaires during your treatment. Completing these forms in advance allows Dr. Bradfute to dedicate more time to discussing your story, objectives, and aspirations. It's very helpful to recall and note any psychiatric medications you've previously taken, including reasons for discontinuation, to avoid re-prescribing ineffective treatments.
The first visit will include an assessment of your current symptoms and concerns, your and your family's medical, psychiatric history, the story of you.
We will talk about your goals for treatment, how you want to focus your treatment. You will have opportunities to ask me questions. We will plan for a follow up visit to check in on how you are doing.
